If you haven't ordered from Synctronics before, here is a brief description of how the ordering and delivery process for specialized keyboards. From our first contact until we ship you completed product we think about your needs. The process typically takes about 4 weeks.
If you need custom replacement keycaps, as opposed to a whole keyboard:
- We establish the type of keyboard along with the keycap properties
- We determine how your new keycaps should look (legends, keycaps, keyfronts, colors, etc.)
- We send you a quotation and you place an order for your replacement keys
- You get pre-production artwork for your final approval
- We produce the customized keycaps and ship them to you

If you need keyboards:
- We discuss your application, environment, and any special needs you might have in order to suggest the best keyboard for your company
- We determine how your new keyboard should look (legends, keycaps, keyfronts, colors, overlays, etc.)
- We send you a quotation and you place an order for your new keyboards
- We send you pre-production artwork for your final approval
- We produce the customized keyboards and ship them to you
